CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES

Prix, commande

Une commande peut contenir un ou plusieurs articles, sans seuil minimum. Il est toutefois demandé un montant de CHF. 15.- pour couvrir les frais d’envois et de transaction bancaire. Ces frais sont supprimés dès lors que la commande dépasse CHF 300.-. Il faut aussi ajouter la TVA au taux de 7,7%.

Délais d’envoi et livraison

Dès réception de la commande, nous nous efforçons de préparer, envoyer ou livrer la marchandise au plus vite. Généralement, il faut compter 2 à 5 jours ouvrables pour obtenir les articles. Les envois sont généralement effectués en « prioritaire ». Nous ne sommes pas responsables des délais supplémentaires résultant du fonctionnement de la Poste ou du transporteur mandaté pour la livraison.

Conformité de la commande

Notre compagnie accorde un soin particulier à la qualité des produits de son assortiment. Tous les articles ont été préalablement sélectionnés et contrôlés afin de répondre aux exigences d’une pratique professionnelle dans le domaine de la santé. Si un ou plusieurs produits devaient présenter un défaut ou ne pas correspondre à la commande, nous vous prions de bien vouloir le signaler le problème au plus vite et par écrit (lettre ou e-mail) dans un délai de 5 jours ouvrables après réception de la marchandise afin d’envisager un échange ou un remboursement. Passé ce délai nous considérons que la marchandise est acceptée et conforme à la commande.
